We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, date of birth, photos, spiritual profile details, and preferences. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.
Your information is used to create and maintain your profile, match you with compatible devotees, send notifications about interests and messages, verify your identity, and improve our service.
Selfie photos submitted for identity verification are processed using AWS Rekognition and deleted immediately after verification. We never store selfie images beyond the verification process.
We do not sell your personal information. Your profile is only visible to other verified DevoteeMatrimony members. We share data with service providers (SendGrid for email, Twilio for SMS, Cloudflare for media storage) solely to operate the platform.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@devoteematrimony.com.
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction of processing.
